Week 2, Thing 3 - Set Up a Blog
My library currently runs two blogs, but they’re not very exciting. One is for programs, and the other is for material reviews written by the staff. Adding videos, pictures and more to make them fun to visit would up the usage we’re currently seeing. I really enjoy reading other blogs though. Meg Cabot’s is by far my favorite. It’s nice being somewhat anonymous at this point.

Hi! You don’t have to apologize–it’s hard to balance maintaining websites, blogs, etc., with the normal on-site demands. WordPress allows you to upload your digital photos pretty easily, and the “presentation” tab lets you pick a nice “theme.” Go for it!
